Located
at 128 South Hickory
Ave, Bartlett, IL. What
a great looking home,
it had been lovingly
taking care of for over
100 years and it showed.Very
minor carpentry was needed,
and the hardest part
was the complete stripping
of the home.We
also provided the color
consulting for
this project.
We
were on this job for
3 months, stripped
it down to bare wood,
epoxied every nail
hole, all windows glazed
perfectly, and worked
diligently with the
homeowners to give
this home a glorious
color scheme of southern
spring charm if there
ever was such a feeling
that could be given
from a home.
The
doors are a vibrant hand
mixed and faux painted
Cranberry African Burl
and the fascia has an
accent of Italian filigree
in Montgomery White hand
painted around the entire
home.
As
of Nov. 2007 carpentry
(primed only) was added
to the front porch by another
carpenter (Mike Howell).
